Kitsune are fox-like humanoids and natural shapeshifters. They can freely switch between a human form and their true anthropomorphic fox form. Known for their agility, charm, and love of trickery and art, they excel at enchantment magic and mobility. Their racial traits include Keen Senses, Agile, Kitsune Magic (bonus to enchantment DCs and the Light spell-like ability), and Change Shape. In the game they are one of the most popular choices for charismatic or dexterity-focused characters such as Bards, Sorcerers, or Rogues.
Oreads are geniekin with a connection to the Elemental Plane of Earth, often descending from shaitan genies. They are sturdy, stoic, and contemplative, with earthy skin tones and a natural affinity for stone and the earth. Their racial traits grant acid resistance, acid affinity for spells, and Keen Senses. Different heritages modify their ability scores and grant unique spell-like abilities. They make excellent durable front-liners or earth-themed casters.
Dhampirs are the half-living children of vampires and humans. They walk the line between life and undeath, often rejected by both sides. They possess Negative Energy Affinity, resistance to level drain, and bonuses against disease and mind-affecting effects. Their various heritages (such as Moroi-born or Jiang-Shi-born) change their ability score bonuses and skill strengths. Dhampirs are popular for dark, charismatic, or resilient characters and pair especially well with classes that benefit from negative energy.
Oracles are spontaneous divine spellcasters who receive their power through a mysterious curse rather than traditional clerical training. They choose a Mystery (such as Battle, Life, or Bones) and suffer an Oracle’s Curse that both hinders and empowers them. They cast using Charisma and gain powerful Revelations as they level. Oracles are highly flexible and can fill almost any role depending on their mystery and revelations.
Shamans are spirit-touched divine casters who form bonds with spirits. They blend elements of the Cleric and the Witch, choosing a primary spirit and gaining hexes. They can also call a wandering spirit for temporary flexibility. Shamans are versatile support and control casters who can heal, buff, or debilitate depending on their spirit choices.
Witches draw their power from a mysterious patron and focus on hexes — potent, reusable abilities that do not consume spell slots. They are excellent debuffers and controllers. Their patron grants them additional spells, and many archetypes further specialize them into more focused roles. Witches are one of the strongest utility and control classes in the game.
Bloodragers combine the martial rage of a Barbarian with the bloodline powers of a Sorcerer. When they enter a bloodrage they gain both combat bonuses and the ability to cast limited arcane spells. They choose a bloodline that shapes their powers and are strong front-line combatants who can buff themselves with magic while raging. They are one of the most popular hybrid martial classes.
Skalds are warrior-poets who inspire their allies through song. Unlike Bards, they can share their own rage powers with the entire party through their Inspired Rage song. They are strong support characters who also fight effectively in melee. Skalds are especially powerful in parties that already have multiple martial characters.
Warpriests are divine warriors who mix clerical magic with strong martial ability. They select a deity, gain blessings, and can enhance their weapons with sacred power. They are spontaneous casters who can both fight on the front line and support their allies with buffs and healing. They are one of the best hybrid divine martial classes in the game.
